Cloth & Flame creates temporary venues and culinary experiences wherever they can be imagined while working to conserve land by paying our partner properties for low-impact use. Our events combine great food and unexpected locations with immersive programming to foster collisions in a new way.

What We’re Looking for:
The FOH Manager’s primary role is to be the primary point of contact for all Food and Beverage (FNB) team members at our events. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is comfortable directing and managing a team of service staff on event days, and a master communicator who is passionate and excited about creating cutting-edge events and dining experiences!

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Communication with clients ahead of the event to confirm event details (i.e. final guest count, menu selections, etc.)
- Management of front of house staff in the field
- Creation / Management of event checklists
- Packing and unpacking of service items ahead of assigned events
- Manage event execution / run-of-show / timelines
- Keen attention to detail at all points of service
- Resourceful problem solving
- Be a leader in everything you do to deliver a top-notch dining experience
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of catering service or restaurant management experience, 1-2 years of event experience
- Ability to balance event execution management, administrative tasks and client communications
- Comfortability and familiarity working with Google Suite, and other technology to streamline admin tasks for event preparations
- Night and weekend availability MANDATORY
- Able/willing to travel in-state and out-of-state (via car and/or plane pending on C&F’s budget & requisites)
- A clean driving record and reliable transportation are a must
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time (12+ hours – Fall through Spring)

- Contractor, part-time/seasonal (FT opportunities available)
- Remote flexible leading up to onsite (outdoor) events
